These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods and services by GoStack. Please read them carefully before placing an order or requesting a quote.

GoStack is a trading name of GoStack Ltd. Our registered address is: 6 Wells Close, Galley Common, CV10 9RW, United Kingdom.
We supply and install New Wave slide and swing door systems across the United Kingdom.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, configuring doors on our website, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotes and Orders
- All quotes are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
- A quote does not constitute an offer. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements, specifications, and details provided to us are accurate. We are not liable for any errors in information supplied by you.
- We reserve the right to revise a quote following a site survey or inspection.
Supply and Installation
- We supply New Wave slide and swing door systems and provide professional installation services.
- Installation will be carried out by our trained teams with reasonable skill and care.
- Any installation dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may need to suspend installation if we encounter technical issues, access problems, or if you have not provided required information.
Delivery
- Free delivery is offered within an 80-mile radius of CV10 9RW.
- Nationwide delivery is available at additional cost.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
- Title (ownership) of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
Payment
- Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Deposits are non-refundable as they cover initial work including surveys and design.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with applicable law.
Your Responsibilities
- You must provide safe and clear access for delivery and installation.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals (including planning permission where required).
- You must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us of any visible damage within 24 hours.
Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel an order before we dispatch the goods or commence installation, subject to any costs already incurred.
- Made-to-measure or custom goods cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If we cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any amounts paid for goods or services not yet provided.
Warranty
- Our goods come with the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 10 years on materials and workmanship, subject to terms).
- The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect installation by others.
- We provide installation with reasonable skill and care. Any defects in our installation service will be rectified at no extra cost where reasonably possible.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption.
- Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the goods and services.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, severe weather, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions).
Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
